Set in Provarma and recently renovated, Aliki's is a grand family house which offers a rare combination of traditional features and modern comforts. It is characteristically Cretan with stone walls, beamed ceilings, a walled garden with stone steps, arched doorways and a Cretan chimney. This traditional villa, in it's countryside setting, has both mountain and distant sea views.

Outside: A choice of seating areas around the house offering beautiful countryside views.
Ground floor: The front entrance leads into a newly re-furbished fully fitted kitchen (with dining tables and chairs); there is a small comfortable sitting room off the kitchen with traditional Cretan fireplace and wood burning stove, complete with a supply of logs. In addition, for cosy evenings ,there is a tv and dvd player (tv for use with dvd only - signal weak)

Rear entrance from the garden, leads into the hallway that connects a double bedroom (with four poster bed, ceiling fan and air conditioning), the bathroom (with shower and bidet), utility room (including washing machine) and kitchen.

First floor: The staircase from the kitchen/living room leads to a large air conditioned twin bedroom with two slightly narrow beds, and if required an extra folding z bed. Doors from here lead out onto a stunning roof terrace with table and chairs, mountain views and glimpses of the sea in the distance.

Stilos tavernas are 1/2 mile and Kalives beach 3 miles.

There is a small parking area outside the house with additional road parking, for larger vehicles, 50m up the road.
