A short distance from the small hamlet of Agios Pantes and the village of Nerohorio, Amalthia is the beautiful Cretan stone house. Set amongst olive groves with wonderful countryside views, this traditionally built house is both comfortable and fully equipped and has its own large private swimming pool. A short 5 minute drive from a choice of tavernas and just 15 minutes from a choice of sandy beaches means that it is both a peaceful retreat and a good vantage point for couples or families. 

There are gardens and patio area with barbeque at the front of the house. At the rear of the house are further gardens and a few small steps up to the large private swimming pool.

The house has a large open plan living room, a fully equipped kitchen and a bathroom with shower. There are two bedrooms – one double bedroom with it’s own balcony and one twin bedroom with a third single bed on a platform above (there are steep steps to the third bed which is not suitable for very small children). There is also a double sofa bed in the living room.

Clients are reminded that they should take all proper precautions in the pool area at all times.

Tavernas are nearby in Agios Pandes (5 minutes drive/15 mins walk) and Vrisses (10 minutes drive) and sandy beaches just a 15 minute drive away at either Kalives or Georgioupoli. The village also has a new bakery.
