Carla's is a handsome stone-built Cretan house in the small village of Tsivaras a few minutes drive from the sandy beaches of Kalives and Almirida, and close to the traditional centre of Vamos with it's local shops and renowned tavernas.  Carla's has a private swiming pool set within a large secluded garden with lovely countryside views. A perfect family retreat, yet close to all amenities.

This traditional large family house has been restored to provide two separate dwellings which can be rented together or separately - the Family House and The Cottage - ideal for couples or an extended family as each has separate cooking and bathroom facilities, comfort and privacy. 

Family House: Downstairs enter into large open plan kitchen/dining/living room divided by Cretan archways with fully fitted kitchen separate from the comfortable sitting area with sofa and fireplace. CD,TV & DVD. Bathroom with shower and washing machine. Up the wooden staircase to one double bedroom and one twin bedroom. The large outside balcony terrace has a sea view is ideal for al-fresco dining. It is accessed from the double bedroom and from the landing next to the twin room, and offers a perfect setting for watching the sun set. Second bathroom with shower. Sleeps 4/5

Cottage: Enter up flight of steps into dining/kitchen area with simply fitted kitchen, dining table and chairs. Visitors may also dine outside under the gazebo or beside the pool. Down three small steps into the small living room with sofa. Upstairs to the small double bedroom with bathroom with shower. Sleeps 2

Outdoors:  Large terrace and gravelled garden area with gazebo (tiled roof outside terrace) with table and chairs ideal for eating outside. Alteratively there is a second table and chairs beside the pool. The swimming pool includes a large shallow paddling area.

Tsivaras has one cafeneon/grocery store. The village of Kalives with tavernas, shops and sandy beaches is just 5 minutes drive away, as is Vamos with it's traditional shops, cafes, tavernas and small art gallery.
