Standing alone (in foreground) and commanding magnificent views over Souda Bay, this traditionally built property is within easy walking distance of Kalami beach, ideal for a morning swim after breakfast. This beautiful stretch of water is popular with locals during the summer months.

In off peak season, April and May plus October, this small beach is often deserted.  It is also possible to walk 1/2 mile (uphill) to the friendly taverna in nearby Kalami which serves good food at reasonable prices. The house is accessed by car via a track from Kalami.

Beneath the Penthouse are two apartments one of which is rented to Pure Crete and the other reserved by the owner and her husband for personal use.

Living room with fully equipped kitchen; bathroom with shower; twin bedroom (with mosquito net). The low-walled balcony has a sea view, while a second seating area in the garden offers a stunning bay view.

Taverna 1/2 mile (up-hill), beach 400yds and Blue Beach 1 mile. The shops and amenities of Kalives being 2 miles away.
