Standing alone (in foreground) and commanding magnificent views over Souda Bay, this traditionally built property is within easy walking distance of a secluded beach. It is also possible to walk 1/2 mile to the friendly taverna in nearby Kalami which serves good food at reasonable prices. The house is accessed by car via a track from Kalami.

Beneath the Penthouse are two apartments one of which is rented to Pure Crete and the other reserved by the owner and her husband for personal use.

The low-walled balcony offers views over the bay. 

Taverna 1/2 mile, beach 400yds and Blue Beach is 1 mile towards Kalives with the shops and amenities of Kalives being 2 miles away.
