Standing alone (in foreground) and commanding magnificent views over Souda Bay, this traditionally built property is within easy walking distance of a secluded beach. It is also possible to walk 1/2 mile to the friendly taverna in nearby Kalami which serves good food at reasonable prices. The house is accessed by car via a track from Kalami.

The main part of the property is the large penthouse which has two floors and extensive balconies from which to admire the sea view.

Cretan archway partitions the spacious dining area from the living area (with Cretan fireplace) and fully equipped kitchen.
Above the living room and kitchen is a bathroom and
two bedrooms (one twin and one double) divided by a wooden wall.
