Standing alone (in foreground) and commanding magnificent views over Souda Bay, this traditionally built property is within easy walking distance of a Kalami beach, ideal for a morning swim after breakfast. This beautiful stretch of water is popular with locals during the summer months. In off peak season, April and May plus October, this small beach is often deserted.

A small jetty offers opportunities for fishing. It is also possible to walk 1/2 mile to the friendly taverna in nearby Kalami (uphill) which serves good food at reasonable prices. The house is accessed by car via a track from Kalami.

The main part of the property is the large penthouse which has two floors and extensive balconies from which to admire the sea view.

 

Cretan archway partitions the spacious dining area from the living area (with Cretan fireplace) and fully equipped kitchen. Downstairs WC with hand basin and washing machine.

Above the living room and kitchen is a bathroom and two bedrooms (one twin and one double) divided by a wooden wall.

Central heating is provided for the cooler evenings. Satellite TV and ironing facilities are also available.

Taverna 1/2 mile,(up hill)  Kalami beach 400yds, Blue Beach (sandy) 1mile. The shops and amenities of Kalives being 2 miles away.

Please note low balcony wall. Care should be taken, this accommodation is not suitable for small children.
