Just beyond Patsianos is the village of Kapsodassos. The narrow road bends round, with the local church standing above and Nikita's house just below it.

Situated at the foot of a mountain range Nikita's commands dramatic views of sweeping countryside to the sea. The central living room is comfortable, divided with a traditional Cretan arch. The other rooms - bedrooms, bathroom, kitchen - lead off from the living room either up or down a few steps. There are two verandas with panoramic views to the sea.
