Situated high on the Eastern 'Metoche' side of Megala Chorafia, Pavlis' House commands impressive views down to Souda Bay and, in the opposite direction, towards the White Mountains.

The house has a large garden at the front and a smaller garden at the back. The abundance of wild flowers which adorn Pavlis' house in spring time are succeeded by oleanders as summer approaches. There is a terrace to sit, sunbath or eat el fresco whilst overlooking the bay. The large swimming pool (shared with the Sculptors) has a short diving board and a shallow end.

Pavlis' has both a double bedroom and a twin bedroom, a spacious lounge, bathroom with shower and a fully equipped kitchen.

A choice of tavernas and the village store is within easy walking distance (3/4 mile) and the nearest beaches a short drive (4 miles).
