Siren

Siren's offers breathtaking views over Souda Bay over its garden and pebble beach in front  and is just a stone's throw to the small sandy beach at Kalami.

Legend has it that the islands at the mouth of Souda Bay were formed after a musical contest between Muses and Sirens. Defeated, the Sirens plucked off their wings and flung themselves into the sea to become islands.

Sirens' stands alone and is a traditional Cretan house which is both a romantic retreat and a family house of great charm. Its stone construction means it is cool in the summer and retains its warmth during Spring and Autumn evenings when visitors can take advantage of the Cretan fireplace.

The double bedroom on the first floor has air conditioning and an en-suite bathroom. The house is spacious, comfortable and fully equipped. Sirens' commands outstanding views which can be enjoyed from inside or from in its own garden and sitting out areas ideal for relaxing and sunbathing. The pebble beach is ideal for a morning swim after breakfast and is safe for young children.
