Villa Renata is a charming 3 bedroom Cretan Villa located in the small village of Aptera in the foothills of the White Mountains, just 9 km from Chania Town. This fully equipped villa accommodates up to 6 and offers a private swimming pool, furnished sun terrace and views to the countryside of Apokoronas. Surrounded by a garden with lawn, flowers and olive trees Villa Renata is 4km from the beautiful sandy beaches of Kalives.
The three bedrooms are downstairs and the kitchen and living room are on the upper floor.
The ground floor has two double bedrooms, each with king size bed and private balconies and a third smaller bedroom with bunk beds and a small ensuite bathroom. All have air conditioning. There is a modern family bathroom with bath and shower.
The upper open-plan floor consists of a living room with cosy fireplace for the cooler evenings , dining area, a WC and a modern, fully equipped kitchen with all the usual appliances plus a coffee maker, washing machine and dishwasher.
The spacious veranda offers stunning mountain views and the garden area has an array of trees and shrubs, including orange, lemon, pomegranate and fig. The BBQ area makes the garden and terrace ideal for al fresco dining.

Aptera village tavernas and local shop are just a 5 minute walk from Villa Renata. There are two traditional tavernas and kafeneon (cafe) to choose from serving Greek dishes, traditional Cretan specialities and barbequed meat from the grill. The local mini market stocks most essentials including fresh bread, milk and local produce. Kalives with its sandy beaches and most facilities is just 4km by car and the beautiful Venetian Harbour of Chania is just 15 km.
