Set within glorious countryside framed by the White Mountains is Provarma, a sleepy hamlet with all the sights and sounds of true Cretan country living. Here lies the newly restored stone-built Villa Manolis, designed to take in the best of the breathtaking views from its beautiful infinity pool and terrace. A labour of love, by its owners Manolis and Anna. Villa Manolis was once a simple village house owned by Anna’s family and some of its original features have been retained.
Villa Manolis is a 2-bedroom luxurious villa in the hamlet of Provarma, a short drive from Stilos village and the sandy beaches at Kalyves.
Entrance from the driveway onto the spacious patio terrace with outdoor kitchen area – bbq, pizza oven and sink. Outdoor dining table and chairs. Stunning infinity pool with roman steps, overlooking the Cretan countryside beyond. There are even sea glimpses towards Kalyves in the distance. There is a handy outside shower, luxurious sun loungers and a large shaded pergola with comfortable seating, perfect for al fresco drinks. At night the villa and grounds are illuminated with tasteful lighting, perfect for enjoying the terrace in an evening.
From the terrace enter into a spacious fully fitted kitchen with dining table and chairs and comfortable seating with TV and air con. There is also a wine cooler/fridge and coffee maker. A twin bedroom leads off from here with French doors onto the courtyard terrace, air con and tv. A second doorway from the kitchen leads to a hallway leading into a family bathroom with shower, wc and washing machine. The master bedroom here has double bed, air con and tv. There are lovely views from the window across the terrace and pool to the countryside beyond
Short drive to Stilos with mini market and traditional tavernas. 10-minute drive to Kalyves with sandy beaches and all facilities. Chania harbour is a 45 min drive.
